One of the most popular foods in Azerbaijan part of Iran. Actually we should said that in different part of Azerbaijan you could find this food but with different tastes and different recipes. Kofteh is prepared from beef, rice, split peas, vegetables, butter, black paper, salt, turmeric, onion and tomato paste. Inside each Kofteh normally egg or plum are inserted which change thoroughly the taste. For each person one Kofteh served in a pot.
