Qaliye could be prepared from different types of
meat like goose, turkey, sheep, chicken and duck. In the old times with the aid
of long preservation of meats they process meats for preparing Qaliye. Times
passed but peoples do not forget the taste of old Qaliye and counted as one of
the most popular foods in our lodge. For preparing this food they well-bake it
by onion and after with local butter fry it. Now it is ready for serve.
