Also we wish you the bests during your travel and visit from one of the most important and historical sites of Iran. We will do our best to provide you the best qualities and services. · A hotel day starts at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 a.m. of the following day. Failure to check out by 12:00 p.m. will result in an additional fee for extending a hotel day.
· Before 2:00 p.m. is not the obligation for check in your room, but if providing room for you is feasible, our check in desk will provide the room
· We are not responsible with the side, view and floor of the rooms, reception will decide on your arrival, unless you reserve any specific room.
· Reserve is only possible with 50% advance payment and only when reservation process is finished you will have you reserve recipe.
· Change in our fees based on the number of group and services you wish. Normally breakfast is provided with a night stay in our lodge. For the rest meals you need to notify our reception.
· Breakfast will served in the restaurant of our lodge. In terms that you want your breakfast in your room 15% service fee will be added.
· The possibility of using international payment systems like Mastercard, visa card, etc is not provided.
· The capacity of each room is clearly noted by the lodge and if you want more people to stay in a room the extra charge will be added.
· For kids below 5 years old night stay will be free and for 5 to 7 years old will be half price. Please note that if you order food for also 5 years old it will not include and you need to pay.
· Our lodge has a friendly atmosphere but we are strict about our rules and the responsibility of not obeying the rules are with the passengers.
· Other E-reserve rules of Iran are also considered here as valid rules.
· For doing cancellation please has a direct call to our reception and inform.
· Before 72 hours of your arrival cancelation will not has any penalty.
· Before 48, 15% and before 24 hours 20% penalty will be calculated.
· If you do not inform our reception will not be any return for your payment.
· Decrease in the number of rooms also counted as the cancelation.
· The refund normally be planned to done in the 5 working days.
· Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for hotel records. These documents will be returned upon departure.
· Based on the regulation if you do not have ID card in check-in process our lodge do not has the responsibility of giving accommodation and in the case of reservation the expense will not get back to the passenger.
· Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 30 days.
· Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss/ or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
· Pets are not allowed inside rooms but you can keep them in the courtyard of our lodge.
· The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
· Local dance and music is only could be arranged in the specific days and based on your request.
· If something adverse happened like weather condition and natural disasters which is un controllable ecolodge has not any responsibility regarding
